AI Assistant

This project was developed as part of my Master’s thesis, where I explored AI-driven UX concepts. It was ideated for Splinde —a B2B SaaS fintech platform— as a conceptual case study.

In this work, I designed the Visual Budgeting Assistant to make complex budgeting processes more intuitive through AI-powered visual storytelling. The process included research, interview, competitor analysis, persona development, and iterative prototyping. Using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, I created an assistant character and a flexible design system.

The final outcome was a conceptual prototype of a multimodal chatbot that enabled financial planning for both professionals and users with limited financial literacy. By combining data visualization with an AI-driven assistant character, the prototype reimagined budgeting as an inclusive, accessible, and engaging user journey.
