FUSION FLAVORS

A cross-cultural dining concept where Persian warmth meets Japanese precision. 'Fusion Flavors' is more than just a food. This is a narrative of heritage, migration and contemporary taste.

This project explores the design and storytelling of an Iran–Japan fusion restaurant concept, where cuisine serves as a medium for cultural dialogue. Through branding, visual identity, and spatial storytelling, the restaurant reflects the encounter of two traditions: the delicate minimalism of Japanese aesthetics and the vibrant hospitality of the Persian culture. The concept is not only about blending flavors but also about staging a lived narrative of identity, belonging, and exchange.
